Weight Loss Surgery - Hi this is my first post here :)

I'm pretty much just a lurker, but there are a bunch of really nice and informed ladies on this board! I truly enjoy reading through it!

Hi Thanks for the nice welcome. I am going to wait until I get a appointment with the surgeon,but I think since I have alot of weight to lose and love sugar too much,that the gastric bypass might be the better decision for me.

Hi Kim

Yes, I had the lapband about 1 1/2 years ago. Lost 60 so far but I'm stalled for 2 reasons... 1 I need a fill and two... I'm eating sugar LOL. oh and 3 I'm not exercising like I should. I have a great tool and need to use it so I'll make an appt this week for a fill... gotta get moving and motivated again.

Its really a personal decision between you and your doctor.... don't let anyone talk you into or out of what you truly feel is good for you.
