If anyone has any Thanksgiving treats/recipes to share, please post them. I guess I should have started this tread earlier!! I will do it again for Christmas.

Pumpkin Fluff
2 boxes sugar free vanilla pudding
4 cups skim milk
1 can (29oz) of canned pumpkin, not pie filling
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 cup low fat (or fat free) cool whip
Mix pudding with milk with a mixer until it starts to thicken. Fold in pumpkin and spices. Fold in cool whip. Serve into individual containers and chill.
8 Servings at 2 points each

Another Version of Pumpkin Fluff
1-15 oz can pumpkin
1 small box sf/ff vanilla instant pudding
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup fat free coolwhip
Mix pudding powder only pumpkin and spices together
mix well fold in coolwhip chill a few hours.
Makes 4 servings at 1 point per serving

Yummy...now I am going to have to make the fluff. But I will have to do a higher point version with real sugar pudding since I am not eating aspertain...but I really am not to have refined sugar so don't tell anyone.
