Hi all! I'm not new to 3FC, but I am new to the WW boards. Hubby and I just started WW on Sunday (though our weigh-ins are on Wednesdays). My orinigal starting weight in January when we started trying to lose weight was 235. After an emotional few months in Feb, March, and April... we're back on track. My current weight as of today is 226. Glad to be here and look forward to getting to know you all!

Hello all! My name is Tracy. I have been successful on WW in the past but didn't attend the meetings.. I had bought the at home kit. I Stopped counting points and I gained 25 of the 30 lbs that I had lost back!!  So really for counting points is crucial, I know this but I sometimes get tired! I have a plan this time... when I get tired and feel like a change I plan to switch to core as needed... Though I love counting points. There is more variety in what you eat.

I have been back at it for almost two weeks now... My first WI after I started tracking was a loss of 3.6lbs:carrot: I can't wait till this Wednesday to see how I am progressing!

I am attending meetings this time and I love it! I wouldn't stop going unless something Tragic happend! LOL I wish I had went to meetings before, I was under the impression that it was costly. If you get the monthly pass it is only $10 a week and you get e-tools freed. I saved money actually by not getting Mcdonalds a few times a week... The program has paid for itself already! :)

You all seem to be doing great! I would love to join your little group for WI's. I look forward to getting to know all of you..

Have a nice relaxing Sunday all!

Catch up with you on Wednesday.:D

So how was everyone's Weigh in today?

I am down 5lbs!!:carrot: :carrot: :carrot: I was so happy when she gave me back my booklet with -5 in the weigh loss section.

I got my first 5lb star this week and I am at a total loss of 81/2 lbs. I hope to get another 5lb star next week!

I just got the week 3 booklet so I will start working on incorporating 3 activity points into my week. I hope that just really steps up my weight-loss. That would be awesome.

Helllllooooo

Well, my weigh in was disappointing. I gained 3/4 of a lb!:?: I did go over on my flex points by about 5 points so I wasn't expecting a good result ya know! But I hoped I hadn't gain... I was hoping to stay the same...

How did everyone else do?? No one posted their weigh-in results.

Hope to hear from you all soon!

Well, I know I didn't post because it was TOM, I was ill-tempered, and I was UP 4.2 lbs!!!:mad::mad:

However, I'm back on track this week and down 4.4. :carrot::carrot::carrot:

Come on everyone! Post-up and get back on track! ;)
