Plan on walking on my treadmill for 30 minutes tonight!

Breakfast:

1/2 cup crunchy nuggets cereal with 1 banana and 1/2 cup milk=5

Lunch:

1 WW bbq chicken pizza=8

Snack:

salad with 1 tbsp ff dressing=1
dannon ff/light yogurt=2

Dinner:

not sure yet.

Tuesday: 28 points
Wednesday:

Brekkie: 1 egg (2 points)
1 Slice of high fiber bread (1points)
Cereal (plain) 2 points
8 teddy grahams (1 point)

6 points so far.... not bad, I am planning to have about a six point lunch. I try to keep my points under 30 and then I splurge a bit on the weekend...

1 serving WW pumpkin Pie=4

Snack: 1 yoplait ff/light lemon cream pie yogurt=2
