There are a couple reasons for this, though. First, my house is a nightmare with all of the wedding gifts...to the point where I can't use my kitchen. No kitchen = poor food choices. Second, having a mess of a house ruins my routines and stresses me out. So I see this as a choice - one weekend with no exercise, where I buckle down, do my spring cleaning, and get my wedding stuff put away, or several weeks of being stressed out and having problems with my routine. That being said, if you clean for 12 hours, re-organize, assemble furniture, box up old stuff, put away new stuff, etc...its hard work! Being that I've hardly sat down all day, I think I'm good. Off to scrub the shower, then finish unpacking from the honeymoon and onto washing the kitchen/bathroom floors and neatening the pantry. mandalinn82 05-07-2007, 05:13 PM 60 min strength training. baffled111 05-07-2007, 05:16 PM Good job, Amanda. Enjoy your weekend everyone! Ilene 05-25-2007, 01:32 PM Have fun Canary  20k, 1 hour, bike ride 40 min UBWO dcapulet 05-25-2007, 02:44 PM 20 min yoga/weights, 20 min walk. DONE! 310/300 mandalinn82 05-25-2007, 05:21 PM Grrr. Only 40 min UB strength today, because I was supposed to donate blood. But then I got deferred for spending less than 6 hours in a city that I ASKED THEM ABOUT before I left for my honeymoon and they said would be fine. Then I called AGAIN and double checked when I got back so I wouldn't waste my time going in for an appointment if I was going to be deferred...nope, still fine. So I take my lunch hour, get my finger pricked, waste half an hour of my time (it could have been cardio!) only to be told that I am deferred from donating for a YEAR because of -one- stop on my cruise that I pre-cleared with them. Well, if I was ever going to get a tattoo, this would be the time, as I'd always considered it but didn't do it because of the 1 year donation deferral. I repeat, grrr. May have to take an extended lunch and do some form of cardio just to burn off the frustration. peaceful 05-25-2007, 08:44 PM 30 minutes elliptical baffled111 05-26-2007, 07:36 PM 45 mins treadmill. Stymied! Gym is closed today so I decided to take my new (used) bike on a 7 mile ride around the wheatfields. Alas, I got there and discovered that my bike has a flat tire and I had no clue how to fill it up with air. (No pump). So I'm back home now (and my bf tells me I could have taken the bike to a gas station to fill it with air...Duh!) with zero exercise to report.
