I am starting WW again TODAY! But I can not remember the amount of points I should be having a day (and I am going to be doing it myself at home). I am pretty sure it is 20 points-I am 141 lb-could someone tell me if i am right or not if they have a chart? I know that they now are including gender, height and activity levels but I need to start off with something Thanks!!!

I'm a returning member and the new system didn't change the points really at all. Activity points start immediately rather than in the 3rd week like they did in the last program.
There is no CHART to use. It is all based on answers to a quiz. Each person is different thus each person's answers and result of daily points will be different.
Actually you always could use activity points from day one. Meeting goers still get the information in week 3 (but the calculator slide is now on the backside of the food calculator slide)...Many speculate that you were given 2 weeks to 4 weeks free of e-tools because of the activity information was available to you that way but if you asked for the activity info MOST leaders will give it before week three (and always have).
