Weekly Weigh-in~April 30-May 6
Anxious to get started. I just KNEW it was a good week.
I weighed in this morning at a tiny 161 lbs. All right, I know it's not tiny, but to ME it is. So that makes me down 4 lbs for the week.!!!! 150's - here I come.

Congratulations to you both!!
I'm very excited to report my first week results.... 9.2 lbs lost - woohoooooo!!
Now - even I know that it's 90% water, and the way I was eating the week before I started, that there was no place to go but down.... but its still a huge success
And I feel like I've made some good progress this week too - aside from the scale. It was a really rough start, but each day I'm trying to remind myself that it is one baby step in the direction of a healthy life.
I'm so glad I could share my successes with people who understand!!

Great job, people! gr8smy199, congratulations on such a great start!
I didn't exercise as hard as I usually do this past week, and I had a bridal shower, and a Sunday dinner consisting of homemade mac and cheese (*moans*) and a spiral ham, so I wasn't expecting to lose much, if anything, this week, so it makes me very happy to move my ticker down 1.6 pounds this week!

Wow everyone!!!! Robin, I think 161 definately qualifies as tiny! I'm down 1 pound this week. I'll take it as last week was way crazy (last week of school). No major slip ups though, just not as much exercise as usual for me.
Keep it up everyone!

Way to go, everyone! I'm telling you what, is there anything more inspiring than the Monday morning on this thread? I just love it! I'm so proud of everyone....big losses or not....we're all hanging in here together.
gr8smyl - GREAT start!
Rhonda - way to get back into the swing of things and slip right down into the '30s! Love that!!!!
Robin - I feel like a losing machine! You are a major inspiration. I hope it doesn't stop until I tell it to!
Shelly, Fooled, Dana, and Sherry - Way to go, girls!
Mrs Q - I'm ready to slip into the teens right behind you....so be ready to drag me there! I know you're getting it this week!
(Wouldn't it be fun at the end of the week to add up the totals lost by all of us? I'm thinking as a group we probably lose 50 pounds a week!!!)

Hey all, I'm not weighing in this week, but thought I'd send a congrats to all. I was going to weigh in, but then the scale showed "Lo" (whatever that means) and then it showed "c" (which I think means "calibrating"). Then it showed a bunch of 0's. ???? Anyway, I am not sure what was wrong with it, so I gave it a rest. It's a new scale, so I don't think the battery is low, but who knows.
I also did something to my back this weekend and am just feeling so stiff and sore.... and old!! I am just going to wait until next monday.
