I thought I would start this thread so that we could write down our daily goal(s) whatever they may be. I know it has helped me stay focused in the past so I am starting it up again:D

My goal tomorrow is to drink 64oz of water and to walk for at least 45 minutes.

Today I made my goal...water went down the hatch and I exercised!!!!!

My goal tomorrow is to stay OP while traveling..this one is tough so keep your fingers crossed.

My goal tomorrow is think positive thoughts ALL day! Exercise at least 30 min. and drink all water NO crystal light.

1. Drink 2 glasses of HLW
2. Think Happy thoughts!
3. Exercise 45 minutes
4. Weigh and measure each morsel.

My goal is to try to stay positive, not get down about stuff and get back into exercise mode by going downstairs to do my elliptical machine.:)
