I am 44 and am a lifetime member of WW. Motivation comes is many packages, but the newest one for me is this forum. I have been having trouble over the last few weeks, wanting to be thin, but not really wanting to do the work. Today, I got dressed, and decided to try on an Old Navy white dress shirt that I have owned for three years, and it has never really fit me right. Today it does!! I feel great and it is the inspiration that I needed to keep going. Tucking in that shirt and not having it pull at the bust line or around the middle is the best feeling I have had in this current journey so far!
