Echinacea tea is great. I do the vitamin C too. I love the Emergen-C packets, we actually use them for an energy boost before working out too. but they help a lot. and anything with zinc too. when I get a cold I try to kick it's butt as fast as I can. I was just blown away by this one because I was fine one day and then BOOM it hit me out of nowhere. I'm used to a day or two where I can feel it coming on first.
