I have been absent for a long long time, perhaps a year maybe more, but I have just re-registered, had to use a new username because I have a new internet access and email address and the old me was not working.
I was thrilled to see you RuthXXX and ThatGirl are still around. I was Virginia Lady. and Linda is my real name. Anyone else still around? Remember me?
Anyway. last week I abandoned calorie count and resumed low carb.!! I have lost 5 pounds and am excited to get back the tremendous support I had here in 99 and 00. !! Yippeee
