I was on plan 100% today!
First time in a long time too!
I had nothing but healthy meals and snacks (including my newest love...grilled asparagus!) and did weights and cardio for 60 min.
Ironically, the candy was calling my name this afternoon. I got a huge container of chocolates from a postdoc who's last day was today. I tried and I tried but the diet gods must have been looking out for me, since I couldn't get the container open (seriously! it was like glued shut!). So even though
I wanted to binge, I ended up just making a big bottle of crystal light and that made my sweet tooth happy.
Can I do it again??? Stay tuned...
