Yeah, I've had that too. Very strange, very vivid dreams. A couple of nights ago I had a dream that my parents purchased a time share in some tropical area, but the only restaurant we ate at was some chain diner, like Denny's. O.o

Whew...so its not just me. Thank Goodness! I have been having very strange dreams as of late. A couple have made me wake up and sit up for a little while.

I have a friend that is convinced that everything is caused by "the apnea"

This might be a case where it actually is. Maybe your weight loss has made your sleep disruptions less, thus allowing you more chance to enter and stay in deep sleep. Therefore you have a longer/better chance of dreaming?

I'm not losing at the moment....hope to be soon!

BUT, I've been having insane dreams lately too :dunno:

I always find I have crazy dreams in times of change/need for change.

*Le sigh* The more I lose, the more sex dreams I have. And the more intense and "real" they get. Last night's featured a old friend/crush that I haven't seen in forever. Maybe a sign of good things to come? ;)

Mine are always about flying like peter pan, or losing my teeth (PS I have perfect teeth)

Arrrgh! Those teeth losing dreams can be horrifying can't they??? I've got great teeth too, and those dreams are truly disturbing

And the sex dreams, they can be upsetting too sometimes, can't they? And sometimes not... ;)

Heh, right now the upsetting part is when they feature someone weird (or married). Otherwise, they make up for the lack of real life sex. :D

That's what I mean about upsetting...weird...married...etc.

I have some really awful ones where I find out Rudy is cheating on me and I go CRAZY, screaming, hitting...the whole nine yards.

and in those dreams...he looks at me and laughs, or is stone cold bitter and empty.

I hate those dreams, even though I know I don't have to worry about such things in reality.
