Hi girls:
Iam 48 yrs old, happily married with two college studens. My weight is 162 so I need to lose between 35 to 40 pounds. In my good days the higher that I weighted was 130 pounds. I am trying to organize my schedule so I can go back to ww which I use to go 3 yrs ago. I have almost all the info. that they give you except for week 1 which is the one that I am trying to find so I can follow the first week by the book. I eat a nice ww breakfast & lunch but my big problem is 2 hrs after lunch trying to stay away from all the junk that people bring to the office. Also my other problem is dinner time when is time to measure my food I cheat a lot and because I have a husband & daughter to feed I always cook a hot meal and a lot of food. We also have a very hectic social life so is very hard to control myself. Iam so desperate that I think that this weight lost problem has been an obsession. I feel like I don't have any control of my food habit any more. Any suggestions I will really appreciate it and thank you so much for all your help. (excuse my spelling but english is my second lang. I speak spanish).
