new ideas
Thanks girls for your ideas. I have been bringing carrots for my snacks, orange & since last friday I have been bringing 1/2 a cup of cereal one of those with 0 fat and low calories. This past friday we went with 10 of my friends to see a concert and afterwards we went to a very nice restaurant and I did very good, thanks to the restaurant cause their serving size is very small but delicious. And I did not have dessert which was very hard for me but all my female friends (we went w/husbands too) decided to follow my steps and they didn't have any either. Iam at work now and it is 11:30 am I had my breakfast already at 7:30 am, for midmorning snack my watermelon, and a tangerine and Iam still hungry. But I have to wait for lunch time which will be around 12:30 pm. For the afternoon snack I will have another tangerine, 1/2 cup of fat free cereal and some carrots stick. I work from 8 am to 4:00 pm.Hopefully I will be fine at the end of the day. I have an appointment with my Dr. on Dec. 7 hopefully she will tell me how much weight I should loose. thank you so mucho for listen.
