SPARKLING FRUIT SALAD - 3 points

Recipe By :Trinity Bowden
Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :1:00
Categories : Salads and Dressings

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 Packages unflavored gelatin
2 cups cranberry juice cocktail -- divided
1 cup club soda

up to 3 days. Serve as directed. To prevent fruit from sinking to the bottom
of the mold, chill gelatin until it reaches the consistency of beaten egg
whites; then add the fruit.
