100 lb. Club - Pot Luck at Work....Temptation!!!!

We hava a pot luck today and I ate low fat stuff, but only two pinwheels(creamcheese inside) and one tiny scoop of spinach dip (cream cheese also). So basicly I was a good girl,:carrot: but there is still tons in there to eat. Hope I can make myself stay out of there. Only 7 more hours of temptation!!!!!:?:

Ah yes, office pot luck. An invitation to "try a little bit of everything" and end up drastically overeating. My sympathies are with you!! Stay strong, get some gum, and drink lots of water!

That's tough for sure!! Try to keep yourself busy, and I second the gum and water suggestion! Think about your goals...and tell yourself "it's just food!! I am stronger than some stupid food!!!!!"
