It's time again for the 3FC general weigh in thread! All are welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all!

Me: 178.5, down 2.5 pounds from last week. And the roller coaster continues. I wonder if I'll be fluctuating this much when I finally get to goal? I dunno, it just feels that my body (of the part of my brain that is afraid that I'll end up starving to death) is really resisting this whole getting/staying into the 170's thing. And it does have considerable pull. But at the end of the day, the conscious me is the one that decides what to put in my mouth.

No weight gain and no weight loss, so I guess it's a wash this week :shrug: . I seem to keep sabotaging myself. I really need to get serious about this if I want to keep losing weight, which I do. Oh well, no weight gain so I guess I can live with that and move onto next week :broc: .

Great job tealeaf on your weight loss :congrat:

I was happily surprised to see that I was down 1.5 pounds from last Friday to 184 today!

well...technically my scales said i was back up 2.8 pounds today to 168.8. But I don't really believe it. I know my muscles are very sore this week. So, i'm putting my weight gain on retaining water and stuff in my muscles. I figure that by monday after resting all weekend, my weight will be back down to 166 or 165. I know i haven't eaten that many calories to put 2.8 pounds back on.

178.0, down .5 from last week. Lost weight by the grace of God (and exercise) because I ate terribly. I am resolved to give my eating habits a kick in the right direction next week.

I finally got to weigh in at my house after like 4-6 weeks ... even though it's a preTOM week.

I weighed in at 182 on Sunday. That about a 3-4 pound gain for me :o , and I believe it with all the stress and bad food-coping of late. But I'm slowly starting to work out again - so this trend should reverse.

And it's full stream ahead after finals <<come on May 19th>>
