I am interested in trying to lose 15lbs in the next six weeks as my first mini-goal. I've been doing pretty good with food, and not eating after 10PM have been amazing for my body. I had no idea how much I ate in the hours after 10 and before I fell asleep (usually around 4 am).
Now that I have a good handle on my eating however I am fully aware of how deficent my exercise is. I just don't have any motivation at all...and I'm paying a monthly gym membership fee that I've used twice

I would like to find someone that could be an exercise accountability buddy...someone to talk about how long, what the intensity was, how much you sweat, how much water was consumed and so on....and maybe the most important...someone that will hold me accountable for getting the exercise I need (4 or 5 days a week) and for whom I can return the favor.
Anyone interested?
