Good morning everyone. Here's hoping we all have a great week, full of healthy, nutritious food and on plan eating and exercise. Oh and a weightLOSS would be nice as well.

I am down 1lb!!!. To 167 lbs. Which brings my total weightloss, gosh I still can't believe it - to 120 lbs.

Wow Robin!!!! Congrats on another milestone!

Although I don't officially weigh in until Friday, I'm happy to report that I lost that 3 lbs I gained from that office party on Thursday. I won't go off plan like that again for a long time. It sucks having to lose the same weight twice!

My official weigh-in is today, and I've lost another pound. I'm inching my way (weigh?) towards that 100 lb. mark!

My new scale MOVES - I am down 1 pound since I got it! (technically 2, but that first day I didn't think it was fully settled). Phew, at this rate I'll be back to 219 in NO time!

I just joined the website a few minutes ago, and I admit that I am finding the amount of information a bit overwhelming. I am hoping that this is a good place to start. Reading everyone's messages about dropping pounds (and fractions of pounds) is very inspiring. Congratulations! Any suggestions about where to begin?? Thanks in advance. :smug:

ok this is my first weigh in i hope im doing this right.. so im now 219 i lost 21lbs!! this is my first week losing so im really happy. i had to get on the scale like 3 days in a row to make sure it was right. and my clothes fit soo much better im so happy. and congrats to everyone who lost way to go :)

Wow, some great losses this week! Lisa, is that seriously a 21-pound loss in one week? My goodness! In my first week, I lost 11, which shocked me to death.

Sheila, you're almost at 100 pounds lost -- how wonderful!

Robin, 120 pounds!!!! Just phenomenal.

I had a bit of a miracle this week. I didn't lose or gain, even after being off plan so much last week. My scale fluctuated all the way up to 198 at one point, but when I did the official weigh-in this morning it was back down to 192!! Yay!! I really didn't want to change my ticker in the wrong direction, and now I don't have to!

I wouldn't say I am totally back on track, but getting there....I did lose 2 lbs since last week though.

Robin - Congrats. I was just looking at how much you've lost and I was thinking "wow, I can't wait until I can say I've lost 120 lbs, it seems far away". Then I realized that its not :)

I lost 2 lbs this week and its been a wacky week. TOM started way early, I'm guessing from the recent weight loss, it kicked something in my hormones. Hopefully it won't last 2 weeks :)

yea lol is that bad? i also weighed my self today and im down to 213 so im down 7 more lbs. i think i have high matobolizm (spelling?) im sure its water weight. i havent even cut back that much just subway low fat 6in for lunch 6 in for dinner and i walk 2 miles a day.

lisa - 21 pounds last week and already another 7 pounds. I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but are you sure the scale is okay? That's a LOT of weight to lose that quick. Now, if you'd lost 10 pounds the first week, I'd say that's totally normal. As for having a high metabolism - if it's so high, how did you gain the weight in the first place? Were you eating super high in calories? Just trying to figure it out?

As for me, I lost another 3 pounds this week. :)

Lisa - It just seemed like a lot of weight to me to lose...my highest weight was 280 when I started WW and my first week I lost 8 lbs, I thought that was A LOT. Have you weighed yourself anywhere else? You're probably right it's probably a lot of water weight, but still, that's a lot of water. Sorry didn't want to be a downer on you either! :)

Monday's officially loss was 1.5 after seeing the scale show 3 on Sat. :( Anyway, yea for the 1.5!

I'm staying OP because I have experienced a lot of emotional issues lately (mother moved 2000 miles away, we had a wreck, etc) and I have felt myself losing perspective. HOWEVER, I have managed to keep my calories in an acceptable range; but I don't like the feeling that I'm losing the "fire." Gotta keep focus and stay motivated. :D

So sorry! I am so sleepy I posted this under the wrong thread. Have posted in the correct thread. ;)

I stayed the same this past week. I kind of lost my footing for the last week. I hate how I can feel like I can do this forever for weeks... and then.. out of the blue.. really, out of the blue.. I can't stop eating. I can't put my finger on it.

but as my motto goes.. .no matter how I'm doing.. I can NEVER quit. And I won't! :D

Wow, 21 pounds?? When I was 330 my first week I lost 13--and the dr has me on a water pill so a lot of it was liquid. I find that really unusual that you have lost so much. My last weigh in was on monday (it is always on monday's) and I lost 3 pounds then. :carrot:

Well today I'm up the 3 I lost last weekend. Sometimes I could just kick myself. It's TOM, but I know I played a big role in it too. This time I will lose them for GOOD!

Hang in there Dana, Tiffany, and Dawn2Dusk. I just want you to know I appreciate that you will post your results regardless of which way they went. I try to do that too. We're all here for support and the reality is that sometimes you lose and sometimes you don't. But the overall goal is still there and you will win!

I'm just so worried about my Monday weigh in. I hope it is ok and I do have the weekend to make some improvement, but I am not looking forward to it at all......

Haven't weighed in a very long time, was 322 today @ doc's with my shoes on & TOM this week. Can't say whether that was a loss or gain, but now I have a starting point to work from again. I need to be accountable, not willy nilly anymore.

NO!!!! I weighed in today, my regualr day and I went up a pound :devil:

I don't know how I gained 1 pound in 2 days. I did NOT CHEAT. My calories did not change, I drank the same amount of water, and I worked out 6 days last week. Only difference, I ate a cup and a half of brown rice yesterday and today. Uggggh!! Oh well!:?:

I will post the 2 pounds...I wanted that ticker to go 3. :mad:

I lost 1.4 pound this week. Hopefully by next week, I will be able to say that I have lost 50 pounds. I just need to lose 1.2 pounds to get there. I still have a long way to go, but I now know that I can do it. Congrats to everyone that lost or even maintained. And if you gained, just get right back to it. Don't give up. You are worth it.
