Introductions - still fat

Trying this again....I am not a new member but not that old either....I would LOVE to lose 25 lbs. I am currently 5'1" and 155lbs. just to be 130 again...ugh....anyways...i keep trying but i also keep falling off the horse. i eat realtively healthy as it is or atleast i think so.

I am 21 years old,,,, 4'9" 285lbs. ,,,, and I can't seem to lose weight for the life of me,,, I have spina bifida and I'm in a wheelchair and I only have one foot,,, If anyone has any ideas on how I could lose at least 65lbs in 6 months please help me
