Starting up today's Challenge!
b ~ 2 grillers
l ~ chicken ceasar salad
d ~ taco salad
4 cups 50/50 starbucks coffee
120 oz of water
2 hours of volleyball last night!
Exercised this morning at the Y 5:30 until 6:15.
Monday I prepared this daily committment schedule to assist me in changing my life. I line out each accomplishment each day so I am making certain I am doing everything I want to do. I figure if I can do this for two weeks it will become a habit and I will no longer have to rely on lining things out.
I need to comitt to a whole new life style, full of eating well, working hard, being healty in body, mind, and spirit. Here is my daily schedule:
4:30 wake up!
brush teeth ~ make breakfast ~ get dressed
5:10 Walk Kudo ~ pray
5:20 head for the YMCA
5:30-5:50 Eliptical machine
5:50 – 6:10 Weight Machines
6:10 leave for work ~ eat breakfast on the road
6:20 arrive at work ~ shower ~ change
~ drink 30 oz of water ~ walk at break ~
11:30 lunch at work
~ drink 30 oz of water ~
3:00 leave for home
3:15 change to home clothes ~ drink 30 oz of water
Monday ~ Put clothes away ~ clean boys rooms
Tuesday ~ clean bathrooms
Wednesday ~ Clean basement
Thursday ~ clean downstairs and vacuum
Friday ~ Wash Sheets ~ jp clothes
~ 6:00 dinner
boys feed Kudo and take out garbage ~ jp clean dishes
homework
jp get out clothes for next day
9:00 brushing and flossing ~ bath for boys
9:05 reading in bed (my time)
9:30 lights out
This is my second day and I am excited and I may have found that Attitude thing I have been missing for so long
