Whoops, that is erythritol

What does anyone know about this sweetener?

They claim all natural found in fruit but non or low caloric

I've tried the yogurt and tonight a smoothie that tasted like a frappucino but only 90 calories. The smoothie was really really good.

It's a sugar alcohol, but it doesn't cause gas like maltitol and other scary sugar alcohol sweeteners  I recently bought a bag of zSweet, which is an all natural sweetener made from erythritol. I'm planning to 'cluck' about it on the main site this weekend. I used it in beverages and brownies (a regular batch and a batch with zsweet) and took photos of the finished products for comparison, and of course did a proper taste test :p

I have to say I am pretty impressed taste wise. I usually avoid artificial sweeteners like the plague.
