I have it. It's fun and does work the core. It's nice to get abdominal work in without having to do crunches!
However, I wouldn't recommend it to be the ONLY program you do. You need to tone and strengthen ALL your muscles, and you probably will want other cardio work as well! This does get the heartrate up, but since it's so abs-focused, it is not the BEST choice for a purely cardio workout.
I would recommend it as PART of your fitness package!
