has anyone tried this. I'm thinking of purchasing it. I love to dance and thought it might be a good thing to help get in shape. Anyone tried it? did you like it?

I have it. It's fun and does work the core. It's nice to get abdominal work in without having to do crunches!

However, I wouldn't recommend it to be the ONLY program you do. You need to tone and strengthen ALL your muscles, and you probably will want other cardio work as well! This does get the heartrate up, but since it's so abs-focused, it is not the BEST choice for a purely cardio workout.

I would recommend it as PART of your fitness package!

thanks for the suggestion. And yes, i wasn't planning on it being the sole provider. I figured it would be good for the waist...i have trouble forcing myself to do crunches etc. My routine varies from walking, running, eliptical, and a boot camp video that works the muscles. I figured i need something different in the routine every now and then. And i love to dance..so thought it might be worth it. I do have other exercises i do. Figured it would be a good video for 2-3 times a week in addition to my other stuff i'm doing. Thanks for your help!
