Hey All

Well I came across this site while time wasting on the net and after a good amount of time reading the posts decided to bite the bullet and register. I've never posted anything on ANY site before so am a wee bit aprehensive and not really sure what to expect.
I really just wanted to say HI to everyone. I've told myself I'm gonna start this phase 1 thing tomorrow and am hoping this gives me the motivation to actually do it!!
My story... after returning home (New Zealand) after 4yrs away I immediately put on 6kgs (about 20pounds) that I just can't shake. I like the idea of this SBD and there seems to be a lot of you out there that it has worked for.
So anyway, HI ALL - I hope I can take some of your ideas and inspiration for my own motivation!!
