website is pretty cool...it has tons of information, but the really neat thing is their
fat translator, where you put in your age, height, etc. and it tells you how much fat you can eat a day, of each kind, and in calories and grams. Then it gives you several examples of many different kinds of food and what percentage of your fat allowances they are. Really comprehensive and very interesting!
