Hey Ladies
I'm detoxing myself from Easter Weekend and I was wondering. How do you all do with Hardboiled Eggs? I'm doing a bit of South Beach Diet Ph1 to stop my sugar cravings but I havent had hard boiled eggs since b4 surgery.
Thanks,
Kier

:D Pookie you made me smile with that!
in re to the eggs i'd probably have them cold or chopped up in some Salsa ( I don't eat mayo its overwhelming) Deviled eggs would be good I had one last night with salmon mmmmm I'll look for some recipes maybe make it with cottage cheese to bump up the protien. . .how long do they keep and do they travel well?

I haven't had any problems with boiled eggs, surprisingly; of course, I have to chop them up well in my case...lol. As for the scrambled type, I have resorted to Egg Beaters. They aren't as disgusting as they used to be, and some even come in flavors such as Southwestern. I prefer the plain myself with a little cooking spray.

Mmmmm, hard-boiled eggs..... great stuff, unless they have not been refrigerated and hidden for a while in warm weather. I just sprinkle a tad bit o' salt, minus the yolk (too rich for me like that) and they're good to go. aalot of people get sick because they eat easter eggs that weren't refrigerated immediately after being colored, so be careful and enjoy!

I had my surgery Feb 12, 2007 and 8 weeks out. I have no trouble with eggs at all. However other things seem to bother me. I do not have any cravings for sugar at all, I just miss chips, but never hungry.

Take care of you, no one else will.

Annie

Pookie,

I was never a sugar fein anyway. My downfall is salty, crunchy stuff.

I have dumped twice, and don't ever want to do that ever, ever again. It is horrible.

Yikes...dumping. I'm glad I don't have to worry about that.
