Ok, I'll get this one going this week.

30 minutes on my elliptical = 4.47 miles. Must have slowed my pace a bit today! :)

I plan to ride my recumbent bike for 20 minutes later and possibly do more yoga.

Hi,

I did ride my recumbent bike last night-did icycle #1-20 minutes.

This morning was Gin Miller's Simply Inerval-OMG!!!!

Sherry, I'm loving it. I've always been told the key to exercise is finding something you enjoy doing. Between Turbo Jam and walking, I am finally having FUN with exercise.

That is great! I plan on doing Kickin Core sometime this week...I also want to try Cathe Friedrich's Cardio Kicks, which is a combination of kickboxing and hi-lo impact.

Yesterday I did 30 mins (2 miles) on the elliptical-Dang! y'all are fast on that thing. I'm just learning. Today was my Women on Weights class and 30 mins on the treadmill (3 mph-2 min intervals up to 5 incline).

Today - 1 hour brisk walk - planning on going for a 20 minute or so bike ride later on.

Yesterday nothing.

Today I mowed my lawn, push mower, 45 minutes. And 30 minutes of the Firm, Super Body Sculpt. I feel better than I have in months! :carrot:

I did the 4 mile WATP DVD today and for the first time completed all 4 miles. Before today I'd always quit after one mile out of laziness. I'm so glad I did :D

I have one question however. I went to this online calculator and according to my weight I burned about 575 calories. That doesn't sound right. Is it really too much or does it sound right?

Dawn, I think online calcs tend to overestimate. That has been my experience, comparing my HRM with the online calcs. So I wouldn't use the number to do any intense calculations (lol) but it's still a good estimate.

Today I did Turbo Jam 20 minute and walked immediately after for another 20 mins. Burned 371 calories. :)

I started back this week with my Firm videos, did one 30 min. set Tuesday night and one set last night. And today have walked twice, a short 20 min walk before lunch and a 30 minute walk after lunch. I feel so much better too! :)

Friday was a rest day.

Saturday:

Core Secets-25 minute full body workout
Yoga for Stress Relief-20 minutes
walking outside-20 minutes

I may ride my recumbent bike later.

We had bad storms today, so we couldn't walk. I've been stuck working and haven't done a video. But I can hardly wait to try a new one, The Firm Cardio Dance. Looks like fun!

I did 1 hour 15 min walk, and am off to find a good exercise video in a few minutes. Walking is good, but I need something else I think.
