I did sucumb t some cookies yesterday only 2 but today when i enterd it in fit day i came up with these numbes

cal 1069
fat74
ecc29
pro 70

so i was withil limits for the carbs but where is the protein?

so i made up for it today here is my fods

b-2 eggs
l- 2 cans of tuna and 3 tbs of MWL
s-1 cup of popcorn (took the little guy to the mvies)
d- pork roast/ and lentil soup
s- 1/2 cookie in dough as i was sponing the rest out

exercise yes 600 cals on the elliptical again

supps yes

#### 1738 cals
79 fat
21 ECC
215 protein a bit to much next time i will have just 1 can of tuna!!!

What the heck is ECC? Maybe I am missing it in my diet!

ECC is effective carb sount. you get to subtract your fiber from your carbs as they are buld and do not get digested so if you eat spinach which as 3 carbs per serving and it has 2 fiber then the ECC is only 1 so you count 1 it gives you a bit more liberty in your food choices and flexability. eve atkins does this now.

Thanks, Sue. I have been doing that. Just never heard of it as ECC! This makes my fiber shake only 7 carbs! It is 22 but has 15 grams of fiber in it.

I stayed OP this week-end. And today guess I'll have;

B- 2 sausage 2- eggs

D- cheeseburger patti, salad, brussel sprouts.

Water, water , water.......

Breakfast was pork roast
lunch was also pork roast
Dinner will be broccoli, califlower, and sausage

drinking lots of water

A new day ~~

Breakfast
3 decaf // 3 pork sge // 2 scramble eggs

Lunch- None - absolute not hungry (but have had (6) 16 oz glasses of water since breakfast)

Dinner-Either one of two meals as DH/DS went fishing yesterday
Simmered steak with mixed peppers & onions & salad
OR
Grilled fish with salad

I'm upping my salads and trying to eliminate calories//carbs from my reward meal. Something has got to kick in here soon as I've put on some "stress" weight and feeling rounder!

Excercise--none today unfortunately. Will have to make up for it tomorrow.

I simply have to shake this funk that I'm in.....hopefully a few more OP days will sure help!
