Oh dear, I have a confession to make! Hubby and I ordered a 12 inch pizza last night and I ate two big slices, it was a really bad one too, deep pan with pepperoni, salami and ground pork and loads of cheese!!! I had a bottle of white wine too I have skipped breakfast today to try and redeem myself! Out tonight with the girls to an Italian restaurant so will try and make a healthy choice but will be having more wine so won't make much difference!

I am bad

Just hope it hasnt ruined my progress so far!

have a great night tionight. well i had last night a FULL curry to myself and a HUGE narn lol. as long as 80% of your diet is good then your fine.ive had a ice cream today for breaky n dinner lol.

Us too, just ordered it, we are trying the Brooklyn pizza...
