Hey chicks!! Wow it's been a looooong time since I've been on 3FC!! Just wanted to take a sec to say hey to everyone and to kind of spell out my goals so I have them in writing for myself...
I've been through a whole **** of a lot since I was here last time and life got extremely complicated for me and on top of all the personal drama I had a baby girl 4 weeks ago...lots of changes recently and now I'm ready for one more: getting back on the weight loss wagon!! I'm about 10 lbs heavier than I was the last time I posted unfortunately!
So, to detail my goals for now...
1) give up sodas!! Only water and the occasional cup of coffee (hey, I have a newborn...gotta get some energy somehow...lol)
2) do AT LEAST 100 crunches every day...gotta get that belly a little tighter!
3) only weigh myself once a week...i'm a compulsive over-weigher.
4) lose 15 lbs by June 1st
5) workout at least 3x a week...whether it's weights, walking, a video, whatever!
OK now that I've got all that done it's time to get started...I'm looking forward to getting to know all the new folks and catching up with my old buds!
