D: Roast, Potato, Carrot
S: Veggies; Rice cake with cool whip; I still have some calories left so maybe something else

WO: Walking to school .6 miles| I'm going to try running again hopefully no stomach cramps!!!

Water: 3-4 liters

Plus lots of water of course
