DISTRACT YOURSELF HOWEVER YOU CAN. I listed the ways that I distract myself in a previous thread. I suggest that you make your own list and try to do something on it that will make you focus on something else.
But remember to FORGIVE YOURSELF and move on. You can start the day all over again
right now don't deprive yourself of food for the rest of the day, just try to eat sensibly.
I had a very "bad" morning today as well after about a week of being good so, I totally feel you. That is why I have been haunting the board today. haha.
