Crazy Canuks Cluck Club - April '07
Okay Gang . . . here we are at our new chat thread for the current month.
One little spot in the great big 3FC world where we can speak/spell 'Canadian' when we need to . . . use the metric system for temperatures and measurements . . . and talk about great 'finds' for the diet concious in Canadian stores . . . all without having to wonder if anybody else will know what it is we are talking about.
If you are a continuing member . . . . . . glad you found us and don't forget to "subscribe" to the thread so you'll be able to find us more easily from now on. If you are a brand new member . . . . . . as well. Tell us where you're from and what your programme is and then just jump on in and start posting.
Hope everybody has a great moving and shaking kind of day planned. If we just keep doing the best we can,as much as we can, the rewards will follow.
See you soon . . .

Happy April! It looks like we are in for a week of showers to start April in its traditional fashion. Never mind! Sunshine and flowers are on the way.
I've goofed off this morning and have missed Church! Some mornings I just can't get it together - and it's getting worse as I get older. I need to crank up my movin' and shakin' earlier, I guess.
Have a super Sunday!

Oh . . . thanks, RUTH . . . I meant to put that info in the introduction and totally forgot . . . just one of many of my daily "senior-moments" . . .
Okay . . . the 'demented squirrel' has left the building . . .

It is sunny here and still windy but I don't think it will blow anyone away today.

Morning all
It's sunny here but -17 and we still have a ton of snow. It's supposed to be cold for the whole week. Kind of frustrating since it should be spring. Was planning to get out for a walk yesterday but instead I ate all day. Bad day At any rate, I feel back on track today and will most likely walk on the treadmill so I can look outside and pretend it's warm.
Have a good day

Hi folks! been a while... lol the boy is back and I've been distracted!! It's sunny here but chilly, big surprise. Better than the snow we had yesterday!
I also haven't really worked hard this week but in spite of that I am a pound down! Which actually was really hard as the dbf can and does eat anything, and do nothing, and never notices a difference... I have resisted late night pizza and drinking and dessert all week! Oh well. I have lost my first 10 lbs and I am excited! 1/3 of the way there!

Happy April Fool's day
Hello Crazy Canucks!
Its windy in Southern New Brunswick.Atleast it was a bright and sunny day.I'm still looking for the best price on a treadmill.I went to Spartan and they gave me good service.I got some price quotes.I'll have to go see at FitWorks and compare.I'll have to decide between those 2 stores.Warranty and programs are important for my final decision.I can go walk outside too...but it takes more effort for me to go outside.I'd rather walk on my treadmill in my basement and watch tv.I feel self consious to walk outside in public too.Anyways thats it for today.

Quick good morning! April showers are in store for the week, alas! It'll be a week for indoor stuff, not yard work, but Spring is here!

Morning, all!
There is something about April that makes me want to clean and sort and organize my house... so let's hope I do it VERY energetically and burn off lots of calories!
Overcast and dull today, so a very good day to start checking off that list of things 'I keep meaning to do'!
Have a great day!
Heather

It is overcast here. And my head feels like a change in the weather. I have too much to do today for a headache I'll try some ibuprofen and see how it goes.
