So put your food on a dish,
(And make it chicken or fish!)
Eat what you're allowed and then,
Get some exercise, my friend!

OKAY....GUESS I WILL BE THE ONE TO START OFF TODAY...
2 MORE POUNDS GONE FOREVER. I DID THE SCALE DANCE (YOU KNOW THE ONE....GET ON AND OFF IT 10 TIMES) JUUUUUUUST TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS 2 NOT 1 (AS IT HAS BEEN FOR SOOOO LONG) AND IT WAS 2! 2 I TELL YOU! 222222222222! YEAH, BABY!

TWO POUNDS gone for me too! Hopefully it will stay off! I went off plan on Monday and it took all week for the two pounds to come off. I am very happy to be in the 220's!! :)
This brings me to a question I had for you all. If a person was OP at least 5 days a week would they still lose weight? Or does it defeat the purpose? I know this diet works, but it is so hard to get it straightened out in my mind. :?: I was invited to dinner Saturday night at someones home and I really do not want to tell them I'm on a diet. I'll try and be careful what I eat, but I'm not sure what I can get away with.
Dana congratulations on the TWO POUNDS GONE FOREVER!!! And congratulations for all of you ladies who are working toward your goal. Just by trying we all have made a huge accomplishment.

I am proud to say that I too did the scale dance this am and can report not 1, not 2 but a 3 pound loSS!!!!!!!!!
Bringing me to a svelte 236# I can not remember when I last weighed this !!
I just might make my Thanksgiving Day goal of 235# , SOme of you might think why wouldn't she? I have spent many weeks at a number before the scale moved. But I am determined!
Congrats Dana and mary!!

Hey you all lost my pounds!!! i am the same but i have to say although i was good (carb wise) i did not eat properly, not enough protein.
