This article talks about weight loss success through calorie counting, increased exercise, small and achievable goals, support, lifestyle changes and maintenance behaviors.

Gee, where have we heard that before??

It's always nice to have these ideas reviewed one more time.

I think we get these articles here and there because there are 100,000 ways to dress up these ideas and make some money off of it. We all want to believe that the key to our obesity is something undiscovered. Something new is always more enticing than what we've always known.

And there's no multi-national chemical company footing the bill for studies that prove it's all about what I eat and how much I move.
