I just wanted to stop in and share the great news with you all ... I've been in ONEderland for almost a week now. I weighed in last Friday at 197. I feel wonderful both mentally and physically and know I can do this because I'm doing it.

Congratulations Katy! I've only been a resident of Onederland for a few short weeks myself, but I already know permanent residence is the way to go! Doesn't it feel amazing?!
