LA Weight Loss - La Lites

Is there anyone on this board that is havibng success without the lites. I really would like to try the plan with just food.

Evette is our poster child success story, as is Katie, Nicole and many others. Do you go to a COD?

NO I dont. I have done this plan in the past and spent alot of money. I didnt keep up with it and lost every penny so Im trying to do it on my own. I have a friend sending me all the new info. I also used to work for them and cant bear to walk back in there. Besides I guess you can say I have already been trained to be my own counselor. If I go with using the lites I know I can either use Lunas or get them from ebay.

Im glad to here people are having success without them. I may try that first and see how I do.
