Good morning ladies.

I am thrilled to report that I am down 4 lbs this week to 177. Bye buh 180's. But I'm sad to report that there is no 110 lbs lost avatar. How strange is that?

Steady as she goes - and I'm loving it. Lost 1 more lb this week.
Had the stomach flu last week. Lost a bunch of weight - put that all back on - didn't eat well when I did eat it wasn't the best food. The rest of the family got the flu too - so we were pretty much on survivor mode. I finished up the weekend okay and that's what gave me the one lb. AND I'm taking it :)

Down 2.5 this week...the scale showed 3...but then wavered and settled for 2.5. Good enough for me!!! Got to change my avatar to 25 lbs...and I've hit my first 10% loss! Great week!

Good job ladies...especially to you, Rhonda, for jumping back in before it got out of hand! :hug:

WTG everyone!

I'm down 2lb this week to 192.0 even. Looking forward to the new decade. My home scale is teasing me with the 180s, but my official scale at my COD (center of doom) has me still in the 190s.

Ive lost 2 lbs this week. After not losing anything last week I was getting discouraged but I decided to hang in there and stay on track.

Good job everyone on the losses. I had a gain. :( One pound. I wasn't going to report it, but I felt some inspiration from Sandi (thanks again for the other post regarding your declaration!), and there it is.

Wow! there are some amazing loses this week! Great job. I am down 1.5 lbs this week. I have been a little slow at the losing for about 3 weeks now since I hurt my knee and can't exercise like I want to! It's getting anoying! But I am still pluggin away. Jelly

I weighed myself this morning... from the day I joined..I am up 10 pounds!! that makes me 270 ish...
today I watched what I ate.. but I am still not home.. which is my weakest time ... I am going to do a water aerobics class this evening after work... which usually makes me more hungry !!
I had a salad for lunch with chicken, corn, cucumber and pickled mushroom.. it did me good till now (I ate at 1pm.. now its nearly 5).. and I know I can hold off till after my class..which means I won't be home till like 9ish to have dinner.. BAD time to be eating...
I want to go DOWN this week..

Wow!!! We are really making some good progress, ladies!! Keep it up!

I'm excited to report the following: I weighed in yesterday because I was anxious to see what I had accomplished this week for some reason. I reported a 2-lb weight loss. However, TUESDAYS are my normal weigh-in days, so I went ahead and weighed again today. It shows that I'm down 2.5 lbs for this week instead of the 2 (and I kind of expected that, which is another reason I wanted to weigh again today). So.......I have definitely updated my ticker!! I was SO happy!! LOL!! :smug:

Everybody keep up the GREAT WORK!! We are doing it, ladies!! We are doing it!! :carrot:

I really am fine with the 1-pound-loss weeks, but sometimes it is so motivating and invigorating to have a 2- and 3-pound-loss week here and there! ;) Thanks for all the encouragement! Slashnl - Good job on reporting it - I'm usually too much of a wimp too. I guess the key is accountability though - report every week no matter whether the news is especially good or not!! Keep going!!

Egyptianprincess - Maybe try to eat most of it before your class and then a little bit after if you feel you need to have something? You're right, it's better to avoid eating a couple of hours before bed if possible...or at least eat something light if you need to.

I lost 2 pounds this week, so I'm down to 193. Now I'm getting excited about getting to the 180s. I really have no idea when I was last that far under 200. It was definitely before I was married, and I've been married for 14 years!

Everyone is doing SO well!!! I'm so thrilled for every single one of you! If you are "stuck" or aren't having the success you want, just hang in there, keep doing what you know it takes to lose, and it WILL come off! This is a journey of perserverence...and we can ALL do this...one pound at a time. :smug:
