Good day! Thank you again for submitting your recipe. Below you will find our LA Chef modifications:



Recipe Name: Crustless Quiche



Ingredients:



1 (12 oz.) package Morningstar Farms Sausage Style Veggie Crumbles
1 cup egg substitute
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar or part skim mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup skim milk



Preparation:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat a (9") pie dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Place half the cheese in the bottom of the pan. Top with sausage and place the remaining cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper and milk; then pour it over the sausage and cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are firm.




Makes: 6 servings
