Hello ladies! I am new. I am currently nursing my 4 month old son, and want to lose about 70 lbs.

I am a size 22-24, and my goal is to get back into 14-16.

I'm glad to see there is a support area for nursing mothers, I hope to get to know you all soon!!

Welcome! I admit it is quiet over here sometimes so if you need anything and no one answers, its NOT you.

My son will be 6 months in about 10 days. Time flies!

I'm aiming for a 14/16 too. It's slow going, but I was in a 24 right after my eldest daughter was born, so I know it can be done. I probably would have reached goal already if I didn't have this habit of getting pregnant!

I could have written this post! I am trying to lose the weight from my first...in 1999!!!! I have a 3 month old and I"m nursing him...didn't my first. I didn't gain any weight (well I went up 10 lbs, but weighed less after he was born).

I'm currently a size 22/24...like to be a 14 (see I could have written it )
