Mini-Goals - My First Post...and it's a Mini Goal

Hello Everyone, I've been browsing for the past few days on which topic to post my first thread under....

Might as well start here because I've accomplished a mini goal in the first month of my COL (Change of Lifestyle).
So many inspiring people on this board.

also wanted to add my methods for reaching my minigoal:

drinking only water
working out 5-6 days/ week
low carbing (strict but not super strict)
no sugar

Way to go on making your Mini Goal!!! :carrot: Wow, so you've lost 20 lbs now??? That's Great!! How long has it taken you to lose the 20 lbs?? Do you have any before and after pictures??

thnks everyone and to answer ur question i started the beginning of february but lagged off right after valentine's day and got serious again on 03/01/2007
