LA Weight Loss - Questions about LA weight loss

Hi, I've been considering LA weight loss, can anyone tell me some basics about it...Do you *have* to buy their supplements? What's the least amount of time you can sign up for?

I would go into my local center but i have to say I'm a little intimidated by the counselor but that's another story
