We're back home from our latest ATV trip. It was sooo cold and wet this time down!! I am hoping I burned a lot of extra calories just trying to keep warm while riding in the sleet/rain/snow! We rode from about 10 am till dark both Friday and Saturday. The weather was awful (but we still had fun riding!!) Again, no fresh salads or vegies down there, but I made do. The only thing I have issue with is getting my water in while we are down there. That will be better this summer when we don't have to have 10 layers of clothes on.
It's good to be back - still reading up on all I missed while we were gone. (and we have another trip planned to go down over EAster weekend)
