4 mile walk with Cleo and the neighbors. Did too much yesterday for a hard workout today. Will attempt to limp through a few sets of tennis after work.

Did 45 minutes on starionary bike, 180 abs. It's really cold here, but will do 3.5 mile walk w/ dog when it gets warmer later! Nope, never did that walk. Lifted weights instead. Poor dog!

Did 1 1/2 miles at the track today. I need to get motivated to get up earlier :yawn:in the morning to get my walk in before everyone wakes up! Liz

Did 35 minutes of intervals on stationary bike, 180 abs, 1 mile run, 2.5 mile walk. I'm done for the day....

Did 2 miles w/ dog this morning, then 2 hours of tennis after work. Lifted weights 50 minutes, 180 abs.

had my SECOND BEST WALK/JOG TIME EVER! Did my 4.5 miles in 48:10:spin: Felt great!!!!

Got up early and did a long stationary bike program of intervals, 180 abs, then about 1 mile with Cleo.

Did my 4.5 miles in a new second best walk/jog time of 47:50 (best time is 47:27). What really was great was that I ran longer than ever before. I combined 2- 8 lengths of jogging into 2 long jogs. Going tomorrow to measure distance, but I know one was at least a mile,while the other had was definitely MORE than 2 miles!!!!!!

TOTAL FOR THE WEEK:26 miles:spin:
