Default Zuchini Pasta!
I Got an email with a recipe for Zuchini Pasta-

You slice the raw zuchini into ribbons (with veggie peeler) and sautee with Olive oil before adding the sauce of your choice. Neat!


BTW haven't tried it yet but it sounds like a cool alternative to carbs.
