Is there an official yes or no on cambell's creamed soups?

Here's the ingredient list for the 'healthy request cream of mushroom'

Water, Mushrooms, Modified Food Starch, Cream, Cornstarch, Vegetable Oil (Corn, Cottonseed, Canola and/or Soybean), Wheat Flour, Sugar, Soy Protein Concentrate, Contains Less than 1% of: Salt, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Carbonate, Dextrose, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Spice Extract, Maltodextrin, Flavoring, Dehydrated Garlic, Mushroom Powder, Calcium Lactate.

what's the verdict?

TIA

:)

The highlighted items are probably best avoided:
Water, Mushrooms, Modified Food Starch, Cream, Cornstarch, Vegetable Oil (Corn, Cottonseed, Canola and/or Soybean), Wheat Flour, Sugar, Soy Protein Concentrate, Contains Less than 1% of: Salt, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Carbonate, Dextrose, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Spice Extract, Maltodextrin, Flavoring, Dehydrated Garlic, Mushroom Powder, Calcium Lactate.

Campbell's Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Potato are "avoid" in the GFGC Book (Older Edition). There's nothing in there about Healthy Choice. Perhaps someone with a newer book can find the poop on it.

IMHO, most canned soups are way overboard on sodium. Do we need 38% of our DV in a cup of soup? I'm working on a "legal" cream of mushroom soup.
