well ladies i changed my ticker today and here is why:

i am going on a cruise in june and there is a picture that i have from spring break 2002 and it is how i want to look again for the cruise and it has also been my motivation picture.

i thought i weighed 160 pounds in the picture but something made me call the dr.'s office and find out how much i really weighed or at least how much i did around that time. it turns out i went to the dr. that same month and i weighed 175!!!!!

so i'm changing my ticker to 175 ladies. i just don't want anyone to think i'm cheating. eventually i will get down to 160 but right now i'm working on my cruise weight and that's only 175!! that was the greatest news of the day!!

You look great in the pic at 175... sounds like a great goal for you to work toward. And, hey, when you get there, if you feel like pushing on to 160 then you can go for it. Good luck with the cruise goal!!!! You can do it!
