Hi all,
I just received Leslie's new Walk Slim DVDs and I just love them. It looks like from the posts there are several WATP people here, so I thought I'd tell you how much fun the new set is. There are 4 dvds. I have only done the 3 fast miles and the 4 fast miles, but I love them. The other workouts are a 1 mile and a 2 mile walk and a firming workout that you use a resistance band with.
The music's really upbeat and the energy's high in the room, so it's really alot of fun. I just wanted to let everyone know that these were available. You might want to check out her website and see for yourself:) She says you can burn off the calories of a meal a day if you do the 3 or the 4 mile workouts.:cb:
