March exercise goal for me will be 40miles on the treadmill.

1 - nuffin :snooty:
2 - 2 miles on tdmill. :running:
3 - :woo: took the day off :hb:
4 - nuffin today either :snooty:
5 -:running: 2 miles on tdm.
6 - :running: walked the home and garden show
7 - :running: 1 mile on the tdmill.
8 -
9 -
10 -
11 -
12 -
13 -
14 -
15 -
16 -
17 -
18 -
19 - :running: 1.1 miles on tdmill
20 - :running: 1.17 miles on tdmill
:running: 1.47 miles on tdmill
21 - pinched nerve bothered me too much

24 -:running: 2miles on tdmill
25 - :no: got too busy
26 -:running: 2.18 miles on tdmill
:running: 1.6 miles at the mall
27 - :running: 1.6 miles at the park
:running: 2.45 miles on tdmill
28 - :running: .......walked the dog, walked to get the dog, then walked home....so Im guessing approx 1.5 miles
29- :running: 2miles on tdmill
30- nothing really
31- 2miles around the mall :running:

Robin, I'll try to match that 40 mile goal.
1. Went dancing, danced at least 1 hr.
2. Danced at least 1 hr.

3. sick, didn't exercise
4. walked a 1/2 mile, got sick and quit walking.

7. worked 2 1/2 hrs. in garden
8. worked 3 hrs. in garden

2 - Rope skipping/jumping (20 min)
3 - Runnin in morning (15-20min)
4 - Walking (1 hour)
5 - Cycling (1 hour)
6 - Walking (45 min) + (15 min sit ups + 15 min tae bo)

March 7...T.L. Gazelle-10 minutes
March 8...overnight shift at apartment. If I sleep decently I'll go to the
walking track and do 10 laps

Oh NO! Did an overnight shift, so I WAS in town. TOTALLY forgot to stop at the walking track...see what age does...I tell ya. And I even volunteered 2 hours at the local thrift shop. Oh well, guess I'll have to burn some calories here at home.

Wish I had a treadmill...don't want to walk down any icy roads.
