my goal for march, is to be down to double digits (kilograms). I am now 105kg, so I think I can do it. I KNOW I can do it. :carrot:

... more specifically I would like to be down to 99 kg... which makes it 6kg......

Hey guys...I have three days under my belt now and here's hoping for four tomorrow.

No andrea I haven't read Kevin Trudeau's book. I'm in the process right now of reading The Best Life Diet by Bob Green and The Divinci Code. I can't decide what I want to read more.....:dizzy:

Tomorrow I am going to try and get all my 8 glasses of water in and some exercise. I want to be one of those daily exercisers again. I use to feel so good when I walked everyday and I want that feeling back.

I better get to bed now I'm feeling a little tired and I want so badly to have a decent nights sleep for a change.

Take care and TTYS

Nice to see another Kiwi in here. My name's Mary from Auckland NZ.
CW 82.9kg going down to 80kg by the end of March. Thanks, This is just what I need to get back on the wagon. I have been hovering lately between 81 to 83 for the last month or so. Doing weight watchers at home, (too cheap to pay for meetings lol):o Ahhh no not really! but figgered it would cost me about $900 a year to go to the WW meetings and only $360 to go to the gym. And I get pently of support in the site.Have joined WW so many times over the years i know the programme really well. Well off to work, have a great day.

Thanks for the welcome. I had a good work out yesterday. Starting to crank up the treadmill and run.(not too fast). By the feel of my legs this morning it will be just a walk today. But I suppose better than nothing.Just thought I would check in, have to wake hubby up and get ready for work. Have a great day.

I'm probably going to not quite reach my March goal, but I don't mind, the actual 'march' goal was secondary to my primary goal of getting my 5kg loss in March, which I did.

I am now 101.4kg, so I have about 1.5kg to get down to my 99.9kg, I am hoping that at next weeks weigh in (which is about April 3 or 4) I will be down to 100.5kg..

I'm still very proud of myself!

Hi Andrea - Can I join your "goals group"?

I am on a few other threads with you (hope you don't think I'm "stalking" you, lol) and I have not set any goals or challenges for myself. I think that may be an important part of losing a substantial amount of weight is to take it one step at a time, or one goal or challenge at a time.
